Before you sign
- Is the quote the creator's net fee, or does it include agency and production fees?
- Does usage name the channels, territory and period, not "the brand may use it freely"?
- Does exclusivity name specific categories or brands, not "any competitor"?
- Does disclosure follow the platform's rules, stated clearly at the start of the caption?
- Is there a refund, delay or replacement arrangement if the creator misses the deadline?

Working through Connector Club
On Connector Club, the quotation, brief, drafts and completion confirmation are all recorded in one conversation. That gives you a record of deliverables, timing, approvals and payment, but it doesn't replace a written agreement, especially for usage rights, exclusivity and whitelisting. On payment, approving a quote doesn't charge you; your card is charged only after you click Confirm Completion. If you pay through the platform, you can change clause 9 from "half on signing" to payment on confirmed completion. See pricing.
