Hong Kong KOL Marketing Platform: From Finding Creators to Reporting in One Place

Hong Kong KOL marketing platform: search verified creators, brief, approve drafts, pay and report on official Meta, TikTok and YouTube data. No agency cut.

A KOL marketing platform is an online tool that lets a brand find creators, contact them, manage the collaboration and see the results itself, without an agency passing every introduction along. Connector Club puts the whole workflow in one place: search real-name verified creators, send invitations, talk to them directly, approve content, confirm completion and pay, then get an automated performance report. The data comes from the official Meta, TikTok and YouTube APIs, not from numbers creators type in themselves.

Why traditional KOL campaigns take so long

Most Hong Kong brands either search Instagram one profile at a time or hand the job to an agency. Both routes share the same problem: most of the hours go into admin, not into the content.

The traditional way vs Connector Club

The traditional way

  • Research and shortlist creators: about 5 hours, searching one by one
  • Quotations and outreach: about 3 hours of manual messages
  • Waiting and confirming: 2–5 days of repeated follow-up
  • Briefing and communication: about 3 days across WhatsApp and email
  • Reporting: about 3 hours of manual screenshots

Connector Club

  • Search and invite creators as soon as the campaign is created
  • Quotations, briefs and draft reviews in one conversation
  • "Chase Up" reminds a creator of their next step in one click
  • Creators submit posts straight from their linked accounts
  • Automated campaign reports (Premium and above)

Real campaign data has been replaced with dummy data to protect customer privacy.

A public campaign appears in creators' job feed and they can apply directly. A private campaign is seen only by the creators you invite. You can combine the two: open a public call, then personally invite a few creators you already have in mind.

Why verified data matters

The biggest risk in choosing a creator is follower and engagement numbers that aren't real. On Connector Club, creators link their social accounts through official platform authorisation, so what you see is first-party data supplied by the platform itself.

MetaInstagram Graph + Facebook Marketing API access, granted for creator‑permission data.
TikTokAuthorized access to creator data, activity analytics and performance tracking.
YouTubeOfficial YouTube Data API v3 partner.
ByteDanceJoint brand‑creator education programs across Southeast Asia’s beauty & lifestyle verticals.

More than 4,800 creators have completed real-name verification (as of August 2026). That matters most for large offline events, where you need to know exactly who is turning up. For how creators and brands are matched, read how brands and creators meet on Connector Club.

FAQ

What's the difference between a KOL platform and a KOL agency?

An agency finds the creators, negotiates and manages the campaign for you, usually for an additional management fee. A KOL platform lets you search for and contact creators directly, so you control who you pick, what you pay and what gets approved, for a fixed monthly fee. See the full comparison in KOL platform vs agency.

How much does it cost to find KOLs with Connector Club?

Membership starts at US$39 a month. Creator fees are agreed directly between you and the creator, and Connector Club takes no cut. Use the KOL rate estimator for a starting point on fees.

Where does the creator data come from?

Creators link their accounts through official Meta, TikTok and YouTube authorisation. The data is supplied by the platforms directly, not typed in or screenshotted by the creator.

Can I pay creators in products instead of cash?

Yes. On Premium and above you can create barter campaigns that offer a product or service instead of cash.

When am I charged?

Nothing is charged when you approve a quotation. The saved card is charged only after the creator finishes the work and you click "Confirm Completion". If you and the creator agree on offline payment, no payment goes through the platform.
