Four plans, and who each one suits
The plans differ in how many creators you can work with at once, how many campaigns you can run at the same time, and whether you get barter campaigns, automated reports and an account manager.
Pick a plan by team size
- Standard · US$39/monthBest for SMEs. Search creators, work with 50 creators at once and run 3 active campaigns. Suits a small team running one or two cash-paid pushes a quarter.
- Premium · US$89/monthBest for in-house marketing teams, and the most popular plan. Work with 200 creators at once and run 10 active campaigns, plus barter campaigns, automated campaign reports and creator list exports.
- Pro · US$489/monthBest for agencies and power users. Unlimited creator search, unlimited creators at once, unlimited campaigns, more downloads and exports, and a dedicated account manager.
- Enterprise · CustomBuilt around large-scale needs, with solutions tailored to different scenarios and detailed execution requirements. Suits multi-brand or multi-market companies.
| Feature | Standard | Premium | Pro | Enterprise |

A quick rule: if you pay creators in cash and work with only a few, Standard is enough. If you want to offer products instead of cash, or need a report to hand to your manager, choose Premium. If you run campaigns for several brands or departments at once, choose Pro.
KOL platform pricing vs agency fees
Hong Kong KOL agencies usually charge a management fee of 15–20% on top of creator fees, sometimes up to 30%, and small campaigns tend to start at around HK$10,000–50,000 (about US$1,300–6,400). A platform charges a fixed monthly fee instead. You agree creator fees directly, so the platform cost does not grow with your creator budget.
The same US$6,400 creator budget (about HK$50,000)
Through an agency
- Creator fees: US$6,400
- Management fee at 15–20%: another US$960–1,280
- The agency shortlists, negotiates and reviews, and passes on your feedback
- The agency compiles the report
On Connector Club Premium
- Creator fees: US$6,400, agreed directly with creators
- Platform fee: US$89 a month, however large the creator budget
- You shortlist, negotiate and review, and creators reply to you directly
- Automated campaign reports, with data from official APIs
This compares only how the costs are structured, before any ad spend. An agency is paid to do the work for you, so if nobody on your team can follow up with creators, the fee may be worth it. How to work out a campaign's total budget
The membership is only one line. Plan these four costs separately:
- Platform feethe plan you need, times the months the campaign runs.
- Creator feesestimate them with the KOL rate estimator.
- Product or service valuein a barter campaign the product replaces cash, so count its cost.
- Ad spend (optional)boosting the best content costs media spend plus a usage fee to the creator.

When you are charged
Approving a creator's quotation does not charge you. When the creator declares the work complete and you click Confirm Completion, payment is taken from your saved card, and if you have several cards you choose which one. If you and the creator agree to offline payment, the platform does not handle that money and you pay the creator directly.
If the work falls short, you can click Reject Completion and give a reason. The work goes back to the creator and nothing is charged.
Free for creators, always

FAQ
How much does a KOL platform cost?
Connector Club membership starts at US$39 a month (Standard). Premium is US$89 a month, Pro US$489 a month, and Enterprise is priced to your needs. Creator fees are agreed directly between you and each creator.
Does Connector Club take a cut of creator fees?
No. The platform charges brands a monthly membership only. Creator fees go entirely to the collaboration, with no agency cut and no hidden fees.
Which plan should an SME choose?
If you pay in cash and work with up to 50 creators at a time, Standard is enough. If you want to offer products instead of cash, or need automated reports, choose Premium.
Is a platform cheaper than an agency?
The costs are structured differently. Agencies usually add a 15–20% management fee to creator fees, while a platform charges a fixed monthly fee. On a platform, though, your team does the shortlisting, negotiating and reviewing. If you have no one to do that, an agency may suit you better.
Do creators pay to use Connector Club?
No. Creators use it free, always, and nothing is taken from what they earn.
When is my card charged?
Not when you approve a quotation. Your saved card is charged only after you click Confirm Completion. If you agree to offline payment with the creator, the platform takes no payment.
