Account Termination — The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connector Club and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Total liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to the company in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The company does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

11. YouTube Terms of Service

By using features in the platform that integrate with YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
